The third annual Rose & Shamrock Celtic Festival brings Irish and Scottish music, dance, workshops, stretching over an 8 hour event. The festival includes a lineup of 6 Celtic bands to perform in the Ware Center's Atrium.

Food will be available on-site for purchase.
